Position Overview:

A growing company in Davie, FL is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR functions, hands-on recruiting experience, and excellent communication skills across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance tasks
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer letters
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Respond to employee inquiries and support a positive, people-first culture
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing and HR-related needs
• Assist the HR Manager with reports, audits, and HR process improvements

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of HR experience (coordinator or generalist level)
• Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong time management and organizational skills
