The Human Resources Coordinator supports all departments within Human Resources to keep the team organized and efficient. This team member will collaborate with the Human Resources team to complete administrative tasks and projects. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, integrity, service to others, and confidentiality.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and accurately. Requires a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as they relate to job responsibilities. Requires ability to maintain successful working relationships with the Drury team. Must have the ability to work efficiently and independently. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school. One- three years of HR experience is preferred.
