Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a busy sports and entertainment venue. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and employee service, helping ensure smooth HR processes and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires coordinating interviews, onboarding tasks, and maintaining confidential records, while handling payroll inquiries and training tracking.

Qualifications

• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and applicant follow-up.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR system data.
• Assist with timecard corrections and payroll inquiries.
• Respond to routine employee questions and refer concerns to HR management.
• Track required training and assist with employee communications and recognition.
• Support event-day HR operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00
