Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides general HR support to units in the absence of managers. Will offer leadership and support to managers and employees, assist in identifying best practices, and mentor line managers to apply HR policies effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  3. Develop and advise on employee motivation and morale programs.
  4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Address employee concerns with analytical and interpersonal skills.
  6. Handle daily HR functions such as recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Assist in processing payroll and managing related data.
  8. Work with support or IT to troubleshoot data transmission issues from Time Plus.
  9. Notify managers of employee punch errors or missed punches.
  10. Input data corrections related to wages, tips, housing, vacation, PTO, holidays, etc.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
  12. Follow ARAMARK policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  13. May require working nights, weekends, or as needed for business.
  14. Maintain punctuality and proper uniform attire.
