The Center at Cordera in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in our skilled nursing and post-acute facility. • Previous HR experience within a Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all departments.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401K) and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including those specific to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain HR records, systems, and reporting.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
