Job description

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary)

Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking a dedicated temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR department. The HR Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least one year of HR or administrative experience and is familiar with scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates.
  2. Manage interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  3. Handle candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  4. Assist with job postings on various platforms.
  5. Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements.
  6. Support onboarding processes, including communication and logistics.
  7. Ensure onboarding events are scheduled and tracked.
  8. Coordinate equipment and account setups for new hires.
  9. Send welcome packages to new hires, both onsite and remote.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field preferred. Retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
  2. At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent listening skills and a service-oriented mindset.
