Job description

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support within the Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting: Coordinating recruitment for assigned positions, including applicant screening, reference checks, documentation, and tracking to maintain optimal fill time.
  2. Pre-employment processes: Facilitating physicals and drug screenings, communicating with vendors and supervisors to ensure timely processing, and managing onboarding processes including employment forms (W-4, I-9, etc.).
  3. Travel arrangements: Scheduling and booking airfare, hotel accommodations, and rental cars for candidates and staff, ensuring adherence to policies and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Relocation: Coordinating employee relocations.
  5. Benefits and payroll: Maintaining knowledge of Benefits, Employee Programs, Worker’s Compensation, and Payroll; reconciling monthly benefit billing statements and HR-related credit card transactions.
  6. Applicant tracking: Maintaining screening and interview tools and assisting with applicant tracking systems.
  7. Representation and services: Attending job fairs and recruiting events, serving as a notary.
  8. Special projects: Assisting with HR projects and reporting as assigned by the VP of HR.
