HR Coordinator (Full-Time | Hourly )

Breakthrough ABA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing team! If you have a passion for supporting people, managing details, and helping build efficient HR systems in a mission-driven environment — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including:

  • Posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews

  • Managing onboarding paperwork, offer letters, background checks, and compliance tracking

  • Coordinating training assignments and tracking completion

  • Maintaining employee files, credentials, and licensure

  • Assisting with offboarding and supporting employee questions

  • Auditing documentation like session notes for compliance

  • Entering data and assisting with systems like Gusto, Trainual, and SharePoint

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems

  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and supporting others

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking, onboarding, and payroll systems is a plus
