This position blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and personal drive, enabling the County to thrive in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of cybersecurity.*This position is not represented by a Union. Two or more certifications may substitute for up to two (2) years of the education requirement:* MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)* MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)* Junos (Juniper) network certifications* CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator)* NEC enterprise voice solutions certifications* VoIP-related system engineering certifications for other major manufacturers* AVST Voice mail system certifications* Certified Computer Information Security Professional* Checkpoin* EMC storage solutions* Other certifications from major enterprise network solutions providersAdditional Requirements* Possession of a driver's license valid in the State of Oregon and an acceptable driving record per Washington County policy.* Selected candidate will be required to participate in an extensive background check.## **About the Department/Division:**Washington County's Information Technology Services (ITS) Department is a centralized organization of over 80 professionals that delivers enterprise technology solutions supporting critical County services and operations.
