In this position, you will partner with regional Directors to develop talent, enhance employee experience, and implement change strategies supporting the Fleet Management Solutions business in the West region of the United States. You will shape the employee experience, foster meaningful talent growth, and support business and HR success as a strategic partner, embedding corporate HR strategies into daily operations and providing expert HR guidance. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with company values and gain a deep understanding of business needs to integrate into our culture.
REMOTE work from home, preferably in the West Region (AZ, CO, TX, CA, OR, WA, UT)
Ability to manage ambiguity, demonstrate credibility, proactivity, and build trusted relationships. Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively. Skilled in balancing business partnering with employee advocacy, critical thinking, and implementing HR plans.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a dynamic environment, including strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
Experience working with senior leaders (Director level and above) in an influence without authority role.
Travel requirement: 25%
Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000, potentially including an annual bonus.
