Position Details

The Human Resources Partner is a strategic, business-minded HR professional dedicated to building strong partnerships and enhancing the caregiver experience within the Ministry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving caregiver engagement, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive work environment, all while advancing the Ministry’s mission and vision. By leveraging a blend of onsite and remote capabilities, this hybrid role provides a personalized, dedicated presence that builds strong relationships with caregivers and ensures seamless, high-quality HR service delivery across the Ministry.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Preferred Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

• Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams).
