Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator (Flow Coordinator) to keep manufacturing operations moving smoothly on site. You will ensure materials, components, and work-in-process are in the right place at the right time to support efficient operations.

You will partner with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, and Materials teams to resolve shortages, expedite priorities, and maintain schedules. Strong organizational skills and comfort with multi-tasking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to system, visual, and physical signals to ensure material flow.

• Resolve shortages and keep schedules on track by partnering with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service and Production teams.
• Expedite high-priority jobs and maintain accurate inventory records to support Lean initiatives.

DeZURIK is seeking a Materials Coordinator (Flow Coordinator) to play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations moving smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and making real-time decisions that directly impact production performance, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this hands-on, onsite role, you'll ensure materials, components, and work-in-process inventory are in the right place at the right time to support efficient manufacturing operations. You'll monitor and respond to system, visual, and physical signals, coordinate work order releases, and help maintain material flow throughout the facility. Your work will directly contribute to reducing production delays, improving on-time delivery, and eliminating waste.

You'll partner closely with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, and Materials teams to resolve shortages, address critical issues, and ensure schedules stay on track. From expediting high-priority jobs to maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, no two days will be exactly alike.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who is proactive, process-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with team members at all levels. Experience in manufacturing, ERP systems, inventory management, or material flow coordination is highly valued.

DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $24.74 to $30.93 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
