Responsibilities

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced, strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (Experienced or Senior) to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, operational environments and who partners closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee experience. This is a fully onsite position based in Everett, WA supporting manufacturing operations across shifts.

Position Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with manufacturing or operations leaders in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, organizational diagnostics, and change enablement
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work cross‑functionally to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Experience using HR data and metrics to shape strategy and measure impact
  • Familiarity with labor agreements and collective bargaining environments is a plus
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) and/or bachelor’s degree preferred

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,000 - $138,000

Summary pay range for Level 4: $127,500 - $172,500
