The role focuses on shaping employee experience, fostering performance, and supporting growth within a hybrid work model. A Master's in HR or related field and 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in HRBP role.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and PM.
• Experience with HRIS systems and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives to support business growth and evolution.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in George and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
