Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce strategies that support organizational goals.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues.

Talent Management

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure compliance with employment standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable labour laws.

Employee Engagement

• Develop and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
• Analyze engagement survey results and recommend action plans.
