A leading company in the food and beverage sector seeks an HR Business Partner to support operations and drive HR best practices. This role involves working closely with plant managers, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate has HR generalist experience, particularly in manufacturing, and holds a bachelor's degree.

This role will be out of Williamson, NY.
WHAT WE NEED: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a business partner and subject matter expert in employee relations, supporting the Plant Manager level and below within the Operations organization. The role is responsible for driving HR best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, values, and culture, as well as with State and Federal laws. The HRBP will develop partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added consultation and services to management and employees that align with business objectives.
