HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees onsite in Niceville, FL. You will help strengthen workplace culture and align HR programs with hospital goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with executive HR leaders, advising on development initiatives, and handling employee relations and investigations. A strong background in HR policy and compensation planning is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a HR department.

At HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital, the Human Resources Business Partner role supports leaders and employees at designated facilities in Niceville, FL (onsite). You will help strengthen workplace culture and build an engaged, productive workforce through HCA policies, programs, and practices.

What you’ll do

You will work closely with designated leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into clear people strategies. The position also partners with the VP of HR and the Labor Relations Center of Excellence to support Labor Relations strategy.

• Engage designated leaders to identify business talent needs and define people strategies.
• Partner with the VP of HR and the Labor Relations Center of Excellence to support Labor Relations strategy.
• Share HR observations in meetings and one-on-ones to help develop appropriate initiatives.
• Advise leaders on learning and organizational development, including program implementation such as employee development plan completion, succession plan updates, and other tools and programs.
• Support employee relations and assist with ethics or compliance investigations.
• Prepare managers for the compensation planning process and provide compensation budget information.
• Handle worker’s comp intake processing and support employee leave of absence or return to work administration at the facility level.

What you bring
