Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group in Savannah is seeking a high-touch Human Resources Business Partner to lead employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives across our three historic Savannah properties.

You will partner with hotel leadership to drive high-volume recruitment, develop robust training programs, and shape culture for a newly opened hotel while supporting a renovated sister property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally in hospitality or high-volume service.
• Strong recruiting, training, and employee development capabilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications a plus)

North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We’re also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.
