Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercial and hands-on HR Business Partner to support a dynamic and high-growth environment. This role will partner closely with both an established client group and a newly developing business line in the US. As an integral part of the HR function, you will play a key role in supporting new hires, providing day-to-day HR guidance, managing employee relations, and upskilling local managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with local leadership teams to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Lead HR support for new hires and onboarding in a fast-scaling business line.
• Collaborate with line managers to coach and develop leadership capability.
• Handle employee relations cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Act as a trusted advisor to a high-touch, people-first client group that values HR involvement.
• Influence the design and delivery of HR programs and initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Contribute to shaping and building the HR function in the US, with the opportunity to create impact from day one.
