DisruptAZ is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Louisville, KY to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. In this strategic role, you will develop HR strategies, mentor HR Generalists, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads, driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting into a multi-site HR leader, this role oversees any on-site HR Generalists and provides guidance on complex HR matters, organizational development, and change management.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
Lead and mentor HR Generalists, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with department heads to address organizational challenges, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement.
Drive performance management processes, including performance coaching, talent development, and career planning.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development interventions to support business growth and transformation.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, labor relations, and diversity initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic business partnering.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Proficiency in Workday and data analysis tools.
