Job Description:
Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This is a work-from-home position that requires residency in our East market region, including Lexington, Richmond, and Corbin. Occasional travel to clinics in these areas will be required.
The HRBP serves as a fully integrated member of an assigned business unit by providing comprehensive HR consultation and support services to business operations. The role aims to maximize the effectiveness of leaders and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives. The HRBP will also assist HR leadership with various projects as requested.
