Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with leadership on career development, recruitment, HR data analysis and employee relations for designated corporate teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strategic HR support.

The candidate will partner with managers to translate business needs into HR solutions, drive cross-functional HR initiatives, and guide career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field required.
• 5+ years HR or business experience.
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers on performance management, organizational planning and HR strategies.
• Interpret and apply HR policies to balance business and employee needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
