Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to shape and support our workforce across the business. You will provide practical HR guidance, strengthen employee engagement, and support organisational development in a hands-on role.

The role is on-site three days per week in Ellenwood, GA, with travel to regional locations as needed. You will collaborate with leaders to drive a positive, high-performing culture and contribute to safety and sustainability

Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in Human Resources, focused on employee relations and organizational development.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Workday and strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Broad knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, industrial instruments, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and confident advice on employee and industrial relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational development.
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Lead presentations and facilitate training sessions to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including supporting performance review processes.
  • Analyze turnover data and provide insights to improve retention and recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the organization.
  • Support recruitment initiatives in partnership with the hiring team across the U.S.
  • Contribute to broader People & Culture projects to drive continuous improvement.

Daniels Health is looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and supporting our workforce across the business.


You’ll work closely with leaders to provide practical HR guidance, strengthen employee engagement, and support organisational development initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help build a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture.


Your contribution will directly support our wider mission to make healthcare safer and more sustainable.


This role will be based on site 3 days per week in Ellenwood with responsibility for other regional locations with some travel expected as part of the role.
