Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to join our Denver, CO team. You will drive employee engagement, support growth, and strengthen our culture by aligning people strategies with business objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law (CA employment standards).
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

What You Bring

We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands‑on expertise to the table.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
  • Deep understanding of California employment law
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
