Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred).
  • SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.

What We Are Looking For

We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands‑on expertise to the table.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred).
  • Deep understanding of California employment law.
  • SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Position Pay Range

$110,000 — $120,000 USD
