Job summary

Worthington Steel in Delta, OH seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with manufacturing objectives, coach leaders, and strengthen culture across the site.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, manage investigations, and use HR metrics to drive hiring, retention, and engagement while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
