Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with the HR team and support the growing U.S. organization.

In this role, you'll help deliver the people strategy by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, and you'll partner with leaders to strengthen culture and engagement. You will coach managers, guide employee relations and performance management, and work with Talent and Total Rewards on programs and process improvements while ensuring compliance

We're seeking an HR Business Partner who can collaborate and think strategically with the HR team to support their growing U.S. organization.
