Job summary

Silver Point Capital, L.P. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across Finance, Accounting, and Technology. This role acts as a trusted advisor shaping talent initiatives and overseeing compensation design.

You will partner with executive leadership on performance management, organizational development, and retention, manage full-cycle recruitment and complex compensation programs, and champion a data-driven approach to HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within financial services
• Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and complex compensation packages
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
