Job description

This is a long-term temporary position.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can step into the role and provide a high level of customer service to the management team they support with minimal supervision and training.

Cambridge Healthcare Services located in Buena Park provides HR support to its 38 skilled nursing facilities throughout 11 counties of CA. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for their own territory. Their duties will consist of: analyzing, investigating, resolving and reporting ER issues, assisting with benefit and LOA questions, training new hires, coaching and guiding management for better performance outcomes, and being a supportive HR team player. The position reports to the VP of Human Resources and works in tandem with the other HRBP members.

Requirements to be successful in this role include: min of 4 years as an HR Business Partner (preferably in healthcare), high EQ, feeling comfortable working independently, ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly, ability to decipher potential issues and troubleshoot them immediately, partner with payroll department, foster a team environment company wide, knowledge of ADP Workforce and LOAs, advanced use of Excel for reporting and beginner - intermediate PowerPoint skills for presentations. The position requires 35% travel which may increase.

PHR/SPHR certifications preferred. There will be no recruiting in this role, but this individual will gather information regarding staffing concerns or needs and communicate them with the Recruitment team.
