Freudenberg in Bristol, NH is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement across teams. You will coach supervisors, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with functions to optimize performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, with strong communication and a track record of developing people.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
• Seven or more years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading supervisors, team leads, or front-line teams.
• Proven success managing safety, quality, delivery, productivity and CI.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and performance metrics.
• Experience with employee development, coaching and performance management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
