We’re looking for a dynamic and people-first
Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and help us build an outstanding employee experience across our restaurant group. In this role, you’ll partner with HR and Operations leaders to support and grow a culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and set up to thrive.
You’ll play a key role in onboarding, HR systems, employee relations, talent management, and helping our teams be their very best — all while keeping us compliant and forward-thinking.
This is an office-based role with frequent opportunities to visit and engage with our restaurant teams in Philadelphia, Wilmington, and/or Annapolis and Rehoboth Beach — helping to foster connection and support our people where the hospitality happens
What You’ll Do
- Partner on people-first initiatives that drive engagement and operational success
- Manage HRIS data and all personnel changes (hiring, onboarding, transfers, compensation, etc.)
- Lead a warm, seamless onboarding experience for every new hire
- Collaborate with managers to hire and grow top talent
- Support HR programs across a multi-unit restaurant organization
- Ensure compliance with training, certifications, and employment regulations
- Navigate employee relations with care, professionalism, and a people-first mindset
- Stay current on HR best practices and bring innovative ideas to the table
- Support performance management and recognition programs that celebrate our people
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with strengths in HRIS management, benefits, and employee relations
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (hospitality experience is a big plus!)
- Multi-unit support experience is highly valued
- Great organizational, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels of the organization
- A collaborative mindset and passion for creating an exceptional employee experience

The annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000
