The Human Resources Business Associate at General Mills is responsible for leading the execution of key HR initiatives. Candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to, Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management.General Mills Hannibal Plant makes food people love that directly supports the General Mills Supply Chain Snacks and Meals businesses.
