General Mills Hannibal plant seeks a Senior Project Engineer to execute capital projects, from scope development and cost estimation to system design, equipment sizing and procurement.
This role reports to the Plant Technical Manager and demands leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within-budget project outcomes and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

In this role, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for executing capital projects at their plant, which includes scope development, cost estimation, system design, equipment sizing and selection, procurement, installation, check-out, and start-up. This role will provide technical solutions across the site, working with a cross-functional team.
This role is in the General Mills Hannibal plant, which is part of our North American supply chain. The Hannibal Plant supports the Meals and Baking and Snacks Operating Units. This role reports to the Plant Technical Manager.
The salary range for this position is:
$95,300 - $119,325 Annual
