Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Title: HR Business Analyst- Talent Management

Employment Type: Contract (up to 18 months)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Core business hours, PST

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE). This role focuses on supporting and enhancing tools related to succession planning and talent operations. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure seamless tool development, deployment, and optimization.

This is a high-impact role offering ownership of key systems and visibility across HR, Engineering, and Talent Strategy teams.

• Act as the primary program manager and business analyst for internal succession planning tools
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical documentation
• Manage and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder feedback loops
• Own support and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Module
• Coordinate tool enhancements, upgrades, and engineering collaboration
• Deliver actionable insights and drive process improvement recommendations

Required Experience

• 5–7 years in business analysis, program management, or project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
• Proven experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially the Succession Module)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
