Our HR team plays a strategic role in organizational growth, partnering with business leaders to deliver results. We are seeking a high-energy HR Associate to provide operational support, improve HR processes, and support a nationwide employee base.

LOCATION: HYBRID – Must be willing and able to work at least 3 days a week in our Atlanta (Sandy Springs), GA office.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an HR role or department, or a degree/certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP).
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in technology, with the ability to handle high-volume data entry of sensitive information accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability, multitasking ability, and prioritization skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within HR.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to employee questions with high-quality service.
  • Communicate and monitor adherence to company policies, including the employee handbook.
  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and pre-hire processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Guide on paid time off and leave policies.
  • Facilitate termination processes and prepare related documentation.
  • Support internal HR processes like pay changes, promotions, and leaves of absence.
  • Provide HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Update HR templates and stay informed on employment law changes.
  • Recommend process improvements and undertake special projects as needed.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience with knowledge across multiple HR disciplines.
