• Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate user issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project planning, change management, and end-user communications.
