Hired by Matrix, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to join a global financial institution on a contract basis. The role is hybrid with four days onsite in Alpharetta, GA, and requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of HR or related experience.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, along with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. The successful candidate will support Talent Management processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and help define system requirements

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify effective solutions.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements.
• Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate user issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project planning, change management activities, and end-user communications.
