• Serve as action officer for assigned program segments, special projects, reports, and operations to support the HCMD’s mission.
• Request and consolidate data from managers.
• Prepare documents such as letters, memoranda, and reports using office automation.
• Utilize databases, spreadsheets, word processing and custom software to prepare recurring personnel reports.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will gather, maintain, and analyze data for numerous reports, briefings and communication documents related to Civilian Human Resources.
• You will research Civilian Human Resources policies and procedures to respond to queries both within and external to the Human Capital Management Division (HCMD).
• You will establish and maintain document libraries on MS Teams, SharePoint, and other systems.
• You will serve as action officer for specifically assigned program segments, special projects, reports, and operations necessary to the accomplishment of the HCMD’s mission.
• You will request and consolidate data received from managers.
• You will perform miscellaneous support work such as using office automation capabilities to prepare a variety of documents such as letters, memoranda, and reports.
• You will utilize a variety of computer programs, including databases, spreadsheets, word processing and custom-designed software to prepare recurring personnel reports.
