The firm is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join its administrative team in the Washington, D.C. Office. The Human Resources Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, which includes the Director of Human Resources, Human Resources and Benefits Manager, Human Resources and Recruitment Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring efficient HR processes, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service to employees across the firm.
This role follows a hybrid work model. Hybrid schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Must be local to the Washington, D.C. area.
The anticipated salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $70,000, representing the low and high end of the salary range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, and internal alignment.
