Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role provides critical support to day-to-day HR operations and contributes to ensuring smooth and efficient processes across onboarding, recordkeeping, compliance, and general HR services. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering an excellent employee experience while providing direct administrative and operational support to the Director of HR.
