Position Overview

Under the general direction of the HR Operations & Technology Manager, provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with administrative duties related to talent acquisition and HR operations processes.
  2. Collaborate with all HR functions and the broader Health System.
  3. Adhere to internal HR processes and procedures.
  4. Update staffing reports and related data spreadsheets/reporting tools.
  5. Coordinate, schedule, and participate in candidate interviews.
  6. Support hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
  7. Assist with reference checks, background checks, and employment eligibility verification.
  8. Monitor and coordinate updates on state and federal labor laws.
  9. Provide backup coverage for the HR receptionist during breaks and vacations.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education – Preferred
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Work Experience
  • One to three years of experience in a Human Resources department or equivalent.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and judgment skills, with flexibility for multitasking.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
