Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
The HR Assistant- position requires an individual with knowledge and understanding of the organization’s benefits programs, payroll and overall department administrative tasks. The position requires diligence in data entry, reporting, and follow-up in order to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources. GCS uses ADP WorkforceNow. Candidates with experience on this platform preferred but not required.
This position would be 3 days on site in our Salisbury, NC location. The other 2 days would be remote (work from home). You must live within a 50 mile radius of Salisbury, NC. The company reserves the right to remove work from home priveleges at anytime base on client needs, performance or other.

Must possess the ability to resolve labor disputes, employee issues and departmental issues without assistance of management.
