Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Human Resources Assistant in Richmond, Virginia. The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including on-boarding, maintaining records, completing new hire paperwork, and other key functions as assigned. Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years’ office experience. Human Resources experience required.
Requirements for the Assistant position include:
