This is an administrative role supporting our human resources department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare new employee information into onboarding and other systems, including background checks.
  2. Support HR with travel arrangements, expense reports, maintaining calendars, preparing for meetings, and file maintenance.
  3. Assist recruiting team with posting positions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant statuses.
  4. Manage recruiting software by creating, updating, and closing positions.
  5. Handle various projects as assigned.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
  • A college degree or 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other Office Suite programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, profit sharing, and paid time off. The role offers overtime pay for hours above 40 per week, with a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
