What are the duties and responsibilities?

  • HR Administration:
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
  • Prepare reports by gathering and compiling data.
  • Assist with data entry and updates in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with job postings on job boards and company website.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

What are the required qualifications?

  • Associate Degree in Business or related field; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management.
