Job Summary:
We’re looking for a bilingual Junior HR Assistant to support our Talent Development and HR Operations teams. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days on-site) is perfect for someone early in their HR career who excels at organization, data handling, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with HR administrative tasks and logistics.
Generate and analyze HR data reports and maintain Excel dashboards.
Create internal presentations and maintain HR web content.
Coordinate HR programs, training sessions, and employee events.
Liaise with external vendors and track deliverables.
Support bilingual (English/Spanish; Portuguese a plus) employee communications.
Ensure accuracy in employee data and records.
