Job summary

Amsted Automotive Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to power UKG Pro and Workforce Management, improve data quality, and turn HR data into meaningful analytics that inform people decisions. You will partner with HR and Payroll to optimize processes and enhance the user experience across the organization.

You’ll develop reports and dashboards, troubleshoot system issues, and implement practical improvements. This is a collaborative role in a growing, employee-owned company with a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, or related field
• 1 year: Microsoft Office products
• 2-3 years: UKG Pro WFM
• 2 years: Lean business environment
• Knowledge of laws and compliance related to HR and payroll (preferred)
• Six Sigma and HR certs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems and other HR tech
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decisions
• Design, test and implement system enhancements and automation
• Provide user training and documentation for employees and managers
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll on key processes and compliance

About the role

Love the intersection of HR, technology, and data? We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst who is curious, analytical, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll help power the systems and data behind our people processes by supporting UKG Pro and Workforce Management, improving data quality, developing meaningful reports and analytics, troubleshooting system needs, and identifying smarter ways of working. You’ll partner closely with HR and Payroll to enhance processes, improve the user experience, and turn HR technology into practical solutions that support employees and leaders across the organization. What you'll do

• Support and optimize HR technology, including UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management, and other HR related systems.
• Protect HR data integrity by maintaining accurate employee information and performing regular data audits.
• Turn data into insights by creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR and business decisions.
• Improve HR processes by helping design, test, and implement system enhancements, automation, and more efficient ways of working.
• Support and empower users by troubleshooting system issues and creating training, documentation, and practical solutions for employees and managers.
• Partner across HR and Payroll to support key people processes, system needs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement.
