Job summary

Creare in Hanover, NH seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations including benefits, recruiting, performance and compensation, event planning, training, compliance, and corporate projects. The candidate should have an Associate’s degree with 8+ years of HR experience; PHR/SHRM certification is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Creare seeks an experienced HR generalist to support its Human Resources operations. This position will provide administrative support in several areas including, but not limited to: employee benefits, recruiting, performance and compensation, event planning, training, regulatory compliance, and corporate projects. This full-time position offers growth and career opportunities through on-the-job training in Creare’s challenging high-tech engineering environment.

Professional Requirements

Associate’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education experience); PHR and/or SHRM certifications are a plus. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail/accuracy, organizational skills, strong business analysis skills, and expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases. Successful candidates will have the ability to take ownership of tasks with little management oversight and must have strong future leadership potential.
