Job Title: HR Assistant (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR Director. This fully remote position is ideal for an experienced administrative assistant professional who is flexible, eager to learn and is a self described task master.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Director
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding using Square Nine and Plan Source
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now
  • Assist with clearing of employee timecards and ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Scanning, electronic filing and organizing employee records with confidentiality
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
