We’re looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our growing Employee Relations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to break into HR, learn quickly, and grow with a high-impact team in a hyper-growth company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with drafting, organizing, and maintaining confidential & accurate employee relations documentation, communications, and office policy SOPs
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Manage the ticketing inbox as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely responses or proper assignments, while monitoring team performance to ensure SLA compliance for inquiries, investigations, and related tasks.
  • Manage the employee reimbursement process by reviewing, approving, or rejecting expense submissions in alignment with company policy; also responsible for maintaining and managing user accounts within the expense system.
  • Supports ER-related initiatives, trainings, meetings, and projects as assigned, including taking detailed notes and tracking follow-up actions to ensure accountability and continuity.
  • Support the intake and tracking of complaints, grievances, and policy violations using ER tracking systems.
  • Assist in staff timekeeping and departmental scheduling duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain HRIS database and electronic filing systems
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Completes other duties and special projects as requested by management
  • Performs work under direct supervision.

Technical Skills & Abilities:

  • Proactive and observant, with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to uphold and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail in a fast-paced, confidential environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Type 70+ WPM

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or office clerk

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Ability to get in and out of the vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
